I go to a local gym here in Phnom Penh.
It’s a city of huge contrasts. There are the very rich and the very poor. The luxury cars and the broken down carts being pulled by 40 year old motorcycles.
I’ve tried all the gyms which cater to the rich Cambodians and Foreigners. They were extremely bad value in my opinion.
The equipment was old and broken, the air con was never on and the TV’s would always be blaring out so loud it was hard to hear the podcasts I would be trying to learn from.
I like to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes, sweat like a pig and zone out focussing on whichever guru is teaching me something on the podcast.
These gyms would charge around $80 per month. Really over the top for what they are.
So a few months ago we (Theary & I) began going to a local gym.
It’s basically in a big shed with a concrete floor. It has some old weight machines that look like they were used by Spartacus.
There’s no air con, there are fans but they are never on. Electricity is very expensive in Cambodia mostly because they buy it from Vietnam, plus the dictator in charge takes a cut. Anyway, because it’s a big high roofed shed, it’s cool enough.
There’s no annoying TV’s or sound system
There’s no juice bar selling the latest protein snacks, there’s no personal trainers strutting around and certainly no hipsters admiring themselves in the mirrors.
There’s one guy running the whole thing and he mostly stares at the floor from his old wooden desk. most days there is us and a couple of young women doing some weights.
The gym is situated next to a high school. In fact, we walk through the school yard and enter the gym via the back door. Quite often little groups of rowdy school kids wander through on their way to their classes. Other people ride their motorcycles in and park inside the gym.
Yep, it’s not some fancy pants gym that you, dear reader, are used to.
I’m quite the oddity in this gym so I always attract a lot of stares and whispers. I’m getting used to it, especially after recently being in China and having locals beg to have a selfie with me. That really feels weird.
This morning as I was on the treadmill I put on a podcast I had never listened to before. It’s produced by a guy called Ray Edwards.
I’m not even sure how I came to have heard of Ray. He is a copywriter and the podcast is easy to listen to with a fair bit of banter going on.
The episode I listened to was called “Profit First, Broke Never”and I must say my 30 minutes of sweating flew by as everything Ray was saying was super interesting.
He was excited about a book he had just read and it was called “Profit First” by Mike Michalowicz.
I’ve been in business a very long time and the wisdom Ray shared form the book simply blew me away!
Soon as I got home I ordered it on Amazon and also bought the Audible version. It’s that good and that important to anyone who has a business.
You have a business right?
You really should listen to the podcast and get the book. It will make you richer than anything else you do today.
Hope you enjoyed a slice of life in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. If this is your first time to our blog and you’re ready to begin getting closer to your dream lifestyle, please go ahead and tap or click the green “get started” button below. You will be in good hands.
Allow me to give you an aside before getting into the essence of this post. I’m here at my computer doing a course and I began thinking of some reasons why I’m doing it. Part of my dreams is to be much fitter and healthier. So ….
It’s the first day of fasting. That means no food at all. All we can consume is water, tea, coffee and vegetable broth. We are shooting to go 5 days. The most I’ve gone before is 4 days. It’s the first time for Theary. Maybe I’ll write about that some other time. If you’re interested in learning the benefits of Intermittent Fasting there’s plenty on Google and YouTube. By the way, just so you know, the first day is the hardest, thats the hungriest you will feel. After the first day the hunger will disappear. It’s quite astonishing.
My wife, Theary is pottering around cleaning up the remnants of a kids pool party we hosted yesterday. Great time, such lovely well-behaved kids. I would not be surprised if they are all suffering a sugar crash today though. Normally Asian kids don’t eat much in the way of junk sugary food. They really eat mostly green leafy vegetables, rice, a little meat and fruit. Probably why they are all slim and full of energy. Even when they are presented with western treats they are still very picky which ones they will eat.
We’re also planning a two-week vacation in China in September. So far it looks like we will go to Hong Kong for a couple of nights then fly to Beijing to see The Great Wall and then down to Shanghai to check out the very impressive skyline. Theary has never been to China so it’s going to be an awesome adventure. I can’t wait to make some videos while hiking The Great Wall.
Next week a good friend of mine from London is coming to visit. Currently he is vacationing in neighboring Vietnam. When he arrives, we will all go for a few days’ vacation by the sea.
We will go to Kampot, Kep and maybe even Shianoukville. I absolutely love the seafood at Kep and that’s saying a lot because I do not normally like seafood at all. They have a bunch of seafood restaurants right on the waters edge. You can sit and watch the seafood being caught and then brought to the restaurant for cooking. How’s that for fresh!
I met my friend on a bus tour in Saigon back in 2012. The tour was to Cu Chi Tunnels. These were the huge network of tunnels used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. On a side note the Vietnamese call that war The American War.
The tunnels were used very extensively and were used for housing, hospitals, kitchens, lectures, storing weapons and ammunition and for attacking the enemy. At Cu Chi I went in one of the tunnels, which was a huge mistake as I’m quite claustrophobic and really thought I was going to have a heart attack. My heart felt like it was going to burst through my chest. To get through the tunnel, which was multi-leveled I mostly had to duck walk and sometimes slither on my belly. For the next 7 days I could hardly walk.
In a couple of weeks Theary is going to Bangkok with her newly pregnant sister on a shopping expedition. Thailand is the most popular tourist destination in the world. In the first 6 months of 2017 there were 17 million tourists. Tons of places to go with lots of interesting things to see and do. I recently posted about a road trip we did to the infamous Golden Triangle.
We’ve been to Bangkok many times and always love it, it’s such a huge, energetic, chaotic, fun metropolis. Outside of Bangkok we also love Phuket, Hua Hin, Pattaya and Chiang Mai
I’ll tell you why, because the lifestyle we enjoy was my dream. I really internalized the dream and thought of it every day. I looked at travel sites, watched videos of amazing faraway places. I wanted it so bad I could taste it.
Then I worked my arse off. Simple as that. Sometimes I didn’t know if what I was doing was right or wrong but I learned that you can’t steer a parked car. As long as you are doing the work, something will happen that makes it all worthwhile in the end.
One time I was working on building a business and no matter what I did it just didn’t take off. Very frustrating and depressing. I just kept going and suddenly from my efforts a completely different opportunity sprang up which ending up grossing $18 Million over the following 6 years!
If you don’t have a big enough dream, you’re not going to do the work.
Building a big huge dream is so important for your future.
I had a close friend and business partner. He and his wife used to maintain what they called a “dream book”. It was a scrap book with lots of photos they had cut out of magazines and pasted into this book.
Before you write off this idea and laugh, let me tell you something
Sometimes they would show me their dream book. One thing they had in the book was a photo of a Harley Davidson, nothing unusual about that, just it’s color. It was a very rare, blue color that no one had seen before. Kind of a turquoise. Two years later we were discussing his upcoming birthday. By this time, we were all doing well and I suggested we go to the Harley dealership and check out some bikes.
As we were looking through the bikes we came across one that he really liked and he took it for a test ride. When he returned his face was flushed with excitement and joy. He bought it on the spot. A few days later it was delivered and he called it “Bliss” which was pretty sweet.
Not long after, his wife brought out the dream book and opened it to the page where he had the picture of the rare blue turquoise …. Yep you guessed it, it was the exact same bike as he had just bought! You could have knocked us over with a feather, we were so shocked, but super pleased to see the dream book worked.
Here’s another. While he and I were still broke and struggling to build a business we both drove crappy old cars. His was an old Ford. On the steering wheel, he had taped a cutout of the BMW logo right in the middle. This made his brain see the BMW logo every time he was driving.
Less than a year later we bought 4 brand new BMW’s.
These are example of what I mean by building a dream so big it hurts
Spend time with your wife/husband, partner, significant other and get your heads together. Talk about the house you want…get down to the fine details. It’s a waste of time to say things like: “oh yeah, one day we will buy a nice big house”. That’s bullshit!
You need to see yourself in the house, you need to see its exact design, its colors , its layout, its furniture, down to the fridge, TV, giant bed, walk in robes…every detail. Go to see display homes and walk through them take photos of each other in the houses. Really put yourselves into the dream.
Same for the car you want, what brand, model, color. What’s the interior look like, how does it handle. Get off your backside and go to a dealer with your partner and take a test drive today.
I once recruited a sales guy who was working in a display home. He went on to build a very nice size business.
You must start to experience your dream so it’s cemented into your head and your emotions and it becomes way too hard for you to live without it.
Take your downline to a car dealership, put them in the seat of their dream car. Get some brochures so they can take it home and look at it some more. Take some photos of them in the drivers seat!
Hold dream sessions, get people fired up and motivated to do the work. This is what being a leader is all about. Start making the business fun, exciting and interesting for you and your group. Yes, of course there is still work to do, but if you want to keep people from quitting make their dream too real, too emotional for them to quit.
Teach your downline leaders to do the same with their group. This is how you will get a fast-growing group who are really excited, really motivated.
Being fired up by an internalized dream makes it much easier for the work to be done. Much easier for couples to support and encourage each other. Yes, the work! The work still has to be done, there is no way around it and no need to even look for a way around it. Just accept it and do it. It’s like ripping a band aid off, you can do it fast and get it over and done with or you can do it slow and endure a lot of pain for a longer period of time. That’s your choice.
I’m lazy so I would prefer to get it done fast so I can get to the beaches and other places around the world I want to see. What’s your biggest dream? Love you to share with me in the comments below. Share this post with your business associates, it’s really going to help you all move forward faster if you want to do that.
Treat dream building as a wonderful, helpful virus which will help keep people from becoming discouraged and quitting. Do it constantly, every single time you speak with someone in your downline, get to dream building with them and encourage them to do the same. Let the dream building virus work for you and your group.
Let’s do an Apache Leads Review Report. APACHE LEADS Reviews and Complaints
Apache Leads Complaint Review Internet
Apache Leads Complaints
Apache Leads Review: All companies on the internet get reviews and reports, sometimes good and sometimes not. Apache Leads Review are sometimes great and sometimes bad. Here’s a really nice review from top MLM’er Brian Garvin
Like all legitimate MLM Leads companies, Apache Leads tries hard to supply good quality MLM Leads and associated Services. Along with this Apache Leads provides a cutting-edge Leads Management System for free to its clients and a very good level of Customer Support.
In this Apache Leads Review we probably need to go right back to the beginning, which was in 2003. Don Reid, the founder of Apache Leads was busy building a very successful Diamond level business in an American MLM business called Life Force.
In those days, there was not many MLM Leads companies so Don had to start his own to get leads for his group. The leads he was providing were good quality and were helping his group grow much faster than they would have if they relied solely on their warm market.
It was also meant to be a secret, but word soon spread and soon Network Marketers from all over the world were buying MLM leads from Apache Leads.
Apache Leads has been in business now much longer than most businesses. They must be doing something right.
But not all is roses in the world of MLM. One of the benefits of MLM is its very low barrier to entry. In reality, it’s a double-edged sword. I say this because it attracts many people who simply do not understand business at all and have no real aptitude for it.
Here’s how it typically goes: They are presented a business opportunity and (rightfully) get all excited and join up. They go and buy some leads from a MLM leads company. They call all the leads and get a ton of NO answers and lots of rejection. They then get the idea that they were mistaken to get all excited and decide to quit. But the first thing they want to do is get their money back from that lying, cheating MLM Leads company.
So they call or write an angry, rude email to the MLM leads company informing the company that those leads were no good and they want their money back.
They are informed that per the terms and conditions of sale, which they agreed to when making a purchase, there are no refunds.
This is, of course, the first time they have ever heard of such a thing and go into a crazy fit of swearing and probably frothing at the mouth.
It’s explained to them that the leads lose significant value after they have been sold and are of no use to the MLM Leads company anymore. It’s not like buying a pair of shoes on Zappos. Those shoes still have value.
When they are asked what happened when they called the leads, they say none of the leads were interested in making money. Have you ever met anyone who wouldn’t want more money? No me neither.
When it’s explained to them that it takes practice, skill, experience and a good proven script to call MLM leads they go into an even deeper screaming fit.
The company will try very hard to placate the client by offering, more leads, more training anything to try and resolve the situation. It’s sometimes simply not possible to satisfy the clients when they are in this mood.
They then resolve to get the MLM leads company back. They call their bank and open a charge back claiming the company did not provide what was promised. Huh?!?
The next thing they do is quit their MLM business and tell all their friends that MLM and MLM Leads companies are a scam
End of story for them.
It’s not the end of the story for the Company.
Now the company has a damaged reputation, which in most of, these cases, is totally undeserved and unfair. We don’t claim to be perfect and error free, sometimes we make mistakes just like everyone else on this planet. We do try very hard to learn from them and improve. If the Apache Leads Review was fair then the review sites would not allow anonymous unsubstantiated posts.
It also hurts new people to MLM. When they see these ridiculous lies on an Apache Leads Review they are scared away and never go on to build a business. That’s probably the saddest effect.
All legitimate businesses know that without customers they go broke. Every business tries very hard to provide what they promise and to delight their clients. That’s the only way a company can grow and stay in business, there is no other way. If MLM Leads companies really were ripping off clients they would all be broke.
Some leads companies have been in business even longer than Apache Leads. Type in MLM Leads in Google. ALL the leads companies on the first page (not counting the ads) are legitimate, long term companies in good standing.
So please beware of taking the word of anonymous reviews of any company. Do your own “due diligence” go and find out for sure what they offer, what their guarantees are, what their free training involves, what their leads manager system is all about and how long they have been in business.
Instead of just accepting anonymous, hurtful Apache Leads Reviews, make up your own mind with actual facts.
We welcome your Apache Leads Review, we even welcome helping you with it. You can ask us anything, any time and you can rely upon transparency throughout all our dealings.
Thank you for taking the time to read this Apache Leads Review, we hope it inspires you to seek the truth.
The leads Apache Leads supplies come in two main types of quality. We named them according to their quality. We have Economy MLM Leads and Premium MLM Leads for both Australia and the USA. The economy leads are best use when contacting by bulk methods and the premium are best used when you are calling the leads one on one. New people to MLM think all leads are going to be super excited to hear from them. That’s not the case. Just because the new recruit is super excited doesn’t mean leads will be. As soon as new MLM’ers discover this they jump to the conclusion that they are bad leads and that the leads company has ripped them off. It’s just not true at all.
There would be no sense in ripping off clients. If that was the goal of mlm leads companies then they would be out of business in a matter of weeks. Apache Leads has been operating since 2003.
It doesn’t matter where the leads are supplied from or how they are generated. They are just regular people. They need to be treated professionally, with courtesy and presented with a business opportunity correctly. anything less is ripping them off and wasting everyone’s time and money.
The Apache Leads Service is real, it’s legitimate and employs people supporting their families. It’s so disappointing when short sighted people who do not bother to learn how to build and MLM business, who do not bother to avail themselves of all the free information, just go and defame our efforts without any moral reason. I write this in the hope that if you are such a person you simply just go to some other site and leave us to work with those who deserve our help.
Don’t sign up, don’t buy anything, just move on. Of course please do feel free to comment below as we give all comments equal importance and respond to all. Australia is where I come from but now I live in Cambodia. I do this because I married a Cambodian and like the lifestyle here. We pay staff in various countries and give to charities. I’ve been working on the internet for many years, since 1995 actually. I started Apache Leads in 2003, initially to provide support for my own downline group. The business expanded and has helped thousands of Network Marketers get closer to their dreams. You can contact us by phone, live chat, email, please do so if you have any questions, any complaints. We are always here for you. Pretty much every day is a working day for me, I’m quite addicted to the leads business. If you have read to here, do you think our team, our company is a rip off? Please do comment and let us all know. We care what every person thinks. We’ve made dozens of videos to help people with every aspect of their home business, that alone takes hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to produce. Does that sound like a rip off team?

All network marketers want to know where to get more MLM leads. Lucky you came to the right place because in this post I’m going to share exactly where to get more MLM leads. How that’s done is not what you are probably expecting, so stay with me and be surprised.
Most folks believe to build a home business you need MLM leads and lots of money. The really hungry, eager network marketers find ways to get MLM leads and money. Others often don’t give it much thought and end up dropping out. That’s a big difference.
Let me give you a personal example. When I started in MLM there was no place to buy MLM leads. It didn’t matter to me, none of my upline or me had ever even heard of MLM leads. We went out prospecting and generating our own MLM leads that way. You can read how I built my Amway business with no MLM leads ever.
In all walks of life there are winners and losers. It’s a low cost of entry to MLM / Network Marketing so there are a lot of people who fall into the loser category. That’s not me making it up, it’s just a fact of life. The difference is winners figure things out and importantly, how to get what they need and to learn the things they don’t know. Losers whine and spend a lot of time on the couch where its warm and safe.
Of course, none of them read my posts only winners come here, so congrats on being an MLM winner!
The vast majority of working people dislike their job. It’s not always the job they dislike, it’s often being at the beck and call of the boss, having to get up early every morning and fight the traffic, seeing their wife get dressed and looking great only to see her leave for the office. That was a pet peeve of mine.
The point is there are millions of people looking for something more out of life, so why do we have so much trouble finding them? It could be we are too vague, making things too complex and also too afraid to prospect.
Here are three ways to get more MLM Leads which actually work.
How to Generate MLM Leads at Any Gathering.
The absolute easiest and best way to generate your own MLM leads is to be going to meetups, trade shows, conferences or anywhere people are gathering.
Before you get started with this you need to develop your MLM Elevator Pitch so you know it by heart and can deliver it smoothly.
Here’s an example, For Apache Leads it could be:
“I help business owners get closer to their dreams by helping them expand their businesses by matching them with business opportunity seekers.”
Maybe your business is about saving money on travel, you could say:
“I help people save money on their travel.”
That statement is short and to the point and takes about 2 to 3 seconds to say. It gives enough information to allow them to decide whether they want more information or not. If they want more information, they’ll ask:
“How does that work?”
You could answer with something like this:
“Well you know how people love to travel but to do it right usually is very expensive? Our company helps people save on their travel bills with lower rates. People love saving money, so they start telling others about it. When you do this enough times, the company starts sending you checks in the mail as their way of saying ‘thanks’.
“So imagine that you helped your friends save on their travel bills. Well, the best part is that every time your travel, you make money!”
Easy peasy right? It was short and to the point.
The Best 6 Ways to Generate MLM Leads
Plenty of Network Marketers generate their own exclusive MLM Leads using a variety of methods. You can too. I wrote a detailed article called The Best 6 Ways to Generate MLM Leads In the article I show you step by step how to generate as many quality MLM Leads as you want.
These methods work extremely well but do take some time and effort to set up. But, one thing is for sure, if you follow the advice you and your group will never be short of MLM leads ever again.
Where to Buy MLM Leads
Sure, I understand many people never want to buy MLM Leads. The problem with saying never is it closes off an avenue to you. There are definitely times when you should buy MLM leads. When those times are right, make sure you buy the best MLM leads.
Some of those times might include, these, if you:
1 Aren’t great on the phone or do not want to contact your warm market.
2 Need more experience on the phone (Aged MLM Leads are perfect for this)
3 Want to Get your business going right now and do not want to wait until you know how to generate your own MLM Leads.
If any of these circumstances apply to you then have a think about buying MLM leads. Having been in the MLM Leads business since 2003, I personally know of hundreds of success stories.
Allow me to give you some advice before Buying MLM Leads, as a guide, so as to make it smooth, easy and trouble free for you.
I started Apache Leads back in 2003 when there were very few MLM Leads sites. I started the site so my own downline group had access to good quality leads. This idea proved very popular and soon not just my own group but people from all over the world were buying MLM Leads from Apache Leads.
The reason I’m telling you that little bit of my history is so you know, I’m qualified to give you the following guidance.
Here’s a nice article I wrote about Why, How and Where to Buy the Best MLM Leads
Manage your expectation: Bought MLM Leads are still not a “given”. Many people new to Network Marketing have a expectation about leads which is just not realistic at all. Remember, you’re excited about your business because someone who was skilled in prospecting and presenting showed you the business.
Give your MLM Leads the same courtesy. You need to call them, use a professional script, qualify them and move them along in the process. Don’t be expecting that you just call them up, tell them all about your business and they will jump in with you. That’s not how it works best.
How to Choose the Best MLM Leads Company: These days there are a ton of MLM Leads companies. Of course, some are very good and some are not so good. But how to tell the difference? Luckily, I covered this for you in this article Where to Buy the Best MLM Leads No it’s not all about Apache Leads, it’s a genuine guide which can be very helpful to you.
How to Get MLM Leads to Call You: This is one of the best ways to generate MLM Leads! Just think about it, at the press of a button you can have excited, interest leads calling you. I know you think it’s too good to be true.
It’s not. We have clients who use modern technology to blast out messages to thousands of Economy MLM Leads each week. The message is designed to only appeal to those interested in making money at home. Those people are the ones who call them back. These methods are SMS Texting, Ringless Voicemail Drops and Phone Dialers.
Have a Proven MLM Phone Script: This is where a lot of new Networkers shoot themselves in the foot. Often they think there is nothing to it, just call up the leads and tell them all about the business. Surely they will see how awesome it is and want to get in right away. Nope. That’s not how it works, never was and never will be.
Ask your upline for a copy of the phone script they use. If they don’t have one then here’s a short book of MLM Phone Scripts you can have for free. Included is how to handle objections for free as well.
Building a network Marketing business needs a constant supply of MLM Leads, there is just no other way to build it. No matter which method(s) you prefer, they all need action of some sort. It’s always easier to build a business fast and tidy up the mess later. Don’t be procrastinating and waiting for all the lights to turn green, it’s just never going to happen.
Get out there press the flesh, make some mistakes, fall down, get up, there is no substitute for action.
Where to Get More MLM Leads according to Wikipedia (they make it sound boring and technical)
If you enjoyed this post about Where to get More MLM Leads, please like it, share it and comment.
On our site Live Chat we are sometimes asked if we have exclusive mlm leads.
People love the thought of having exclusive mlm leads, it’s something to do with a human desire for ownership and control. Also, it makes one think there is a fear of competition involved as well.
As a race, we all like to own things; a nice house, a clean safe car, a big screen TV and a margarita blender. But leads don’t really fall into this type of “thing”
MLM Leads are people, not a thing or a possession. There is no ownership entitlement at all. When someone makes a purchase with a mlm leads company they are actually renting access to a list of people. Ownership never changes hands.
Let’s get into what leads are about. They are regular people just like you, not so much like me because I’m pretty far from regular.
Quite often, how they became a lead is they went to a search engine and looked for something like “best home business, “top 10 ways to make money at home”
When they scrolled through the results they probably saw a couple of different sites which looked interesting. They liked the big header image on the page and they like what was being promised. They could see themselves on that big power boat with the sexy bikini girl, or they could see that brand new gigantic house in the best neighborhood.
They quickly completed the form asking for more information. That’s the exact moment they became an MLM Lead.
More than likely they wanted to feel sure so they repeated the same process on another site and maybe even a third.
Now they were on the leads lists of a few mlm leads companies.
MLM lead companies who claim to have exclusive mlm leads are not (in most cases) lying to you. They simply mean the lead is being sold to you exclusively from them. It’s not preventing other companies who the lead signed up with form selling them also.
Now on the point I made earlier about fear of competition. I’m really sorry to tell you this but if you are experiencing a fear of competition from other mlm distributors then it’s a matter of confidence and experience.
Let’s say that somehow you were the only person ever to speak to the lead about an mlm business opportunity. Do you truly believe they will get in with you just because you’re the only one they spoke to?
Getting back to reality; confidence is a big key to recruiting. It’s not that much to do with products and comp plans. Sure, that will get some people to join but not most. Most people are looking at you and deciding if they like you, if they trust you and most importantly are you a leader who will show them the way.
Those are the most important factors whether or not someone gets into business with you. Not the fact that you may or may not have been the only person who spoke to them
A better strategy than worrying if leads are exclusive or shared is to develop your people skills and choose quality leads. Get some experience talking to a few hundred leads, fall over, get back up again and get better everyday.
When this happens and it does now and then, it’s very distressing. We feel we have failed this client and we have probably lost them as clients forever. At Apache Leads we try very hard to provide a great experience for every client, but being realistic it’s simply not possible to please or satisfy everyone.
When it does happen, we hold a staff discussion about the whole relationship we have had with the upset client. We pinpoint when the client became upset or disappointed and work toward preventing this happening again. I can’t speak for all mlm leads companies, but I’m sure the other good companies most likely have a similar process. No business wants clients to be distressed, dis-satisfied and angry. It’s not in anyone’s interest and so is to be avoided whenever possible.
For me to fully and honestly answer the question at hand; Why Don’t MLM Leads Companies Give Refunds, some explanations of how and why things happen is needed. Please bear with me and I will reveal all.
Lets start at the beginning.
The majority of clients are ordinary people like you or me. Nothing weird, nothing special, just plain folks.
Recently they have been recruited into a network marketing business. For the vast majority, this is the very first time they have been a business owner.
If I was asked to describe the average client I would say this:
They are regular people, married, two children, a house which is mortgaged, two cars. Both parents work. They are good devoted parents and try hard to make ends meet. Their incomes are just not enough to cover their living expenses. They owe money on the cars and to numerous credit cards and maybe even some personal loans. The stress of being debt propelled has made them open to looking at an MLM business.
They have both worked for many years, dislike their jobs and want to make money to get out of debt, out of the rat race and to begin enjoying their lives. They have no real knowledge or experience with building or running a business but think it’s easy and something they can handle without any special training.
Please forgive me if you feel this is harsh, it’s gained from being involved with MLM since 1992. It is a realistic “avatar” of the average new network marketer and is not meant to be disparaging in anyway at all.
They have not been business owners nor have they been directly involved and responsible for the setting up of a business and it’s ongoing management and operations.
Don’t get me wrong, this is not a criticism and there is absolutely nothing wrong with not having been a business owner previously. The reason I’m telling you this fact is so a little later in this article you will be able to better understand some things I need to explain.
OK lets move on.
MLM and Network Marketing is an industry of individual business owners. Yes they are working with a large company who provides the products and the compensation but pretty much by definition the networkers are owner operators of their own business. They are not employees of the product company they work with in order to distribute products.
With this in mind it’s a good time to define the relationship with any network marketer and a mlm leads company. It’s what is referred to as a B2B relationship (business to business). This is opposed to the kind of relationship a client of McDonalds has with the company. In this case it’s a B2C (business to consumer) relationship.
In a B2C relationship companies bend over backwards to make the customers happy and satisfied. For example they will have very generous return / refund policies. Most people think that sort of policy is free.
It’s not. The cost of replacement is included in the price. The company figures out how much returns and “shrinkage” (theft & shoplifting) cost them per year and simply add it to the cost of what they sell. So everyone pays for it, its not free at all.
I’ve already written a number of articles about how mlm leads are generated. It’s a very specialized niche and requires a ton of skills. Even then, to generate MLM leads is a very expensive and risky business. Leads can cost as much as $20 each to generate!
When a lead is freshly generated is its peak of value. Each hour, each day reduces the leads value greatly. After 3 days, the lead is no longer considered fresh, it’s now an aged lead worth only a fraction of what it was worth.
The client goes to any mlm lead companies site because they are excited and want to grow their business. They’ve been told that buying mlm leads is a great way to find people interested in a home business. Being a world famous mlm leads supplier I’m not going to dispute that ha ha ha ha
Training about how to call mlm leads? What?!? Who needs that?!?
They figure the leads will be just as excited as they are as soon as they tell them all about the greatest, most amazing product in the world and the fabulous amounts of money everyone can make.
Uh oh…. All of a sudden, the wheels fall off.
None of these supposedly good fresh mlm leads is the slightest bit interested in what they are trying to tell them. Obviously, these leads are not interested in a home business at all.
They feel they have been scammed by this lying, cheating mlm leads seller.
In this instance, which happens much more often than you might imagine, who is the bad guy here?
Is it the novice business owner, who didn’t bother to get any training and practice or the mlm leads company? I’ll leave that decision up to you
In an effort to minimize this type of thing happening, Apache Leads has provided FREE MLM Training for many years. It’s no secret, everything that anybody wants to do at a professional level requires training.
When I was a teenager, I wanted to be a rock star. I could never be bothered with all the time it would take to learn guitar or anything else about being a rock star. Probably why I’m in the leads business instead of in the rock n roll hall of fame. I didn’t bother to do the training.
You may recall that earlier I mentioned that MLM’ers are in a B2B relationship with their suppliers and this includes with their leads company. B2B relationships do not come with return/refund rights. That’s a right of consumers in a B2C situation.
Leads cost a lot of money to generate and all decent leads companies generate the best leads they can. They also sell them for the lowest price they can because, trust me, it’s a very competitive industry. There’s no fat in the price of leads. It’s an industry based on selling in volume and to do that you need to look after your clients.
Telling a lead company the leads will be returned and that a refund is expected is not something the leads company is going to agree to. If you doubt me, look in the terms and conditions posted in the footer of every mlm leads company website.
A bad lead is not someone who didn’t want to hear what you had to say. We have no control over what a networker says to the leads. A bad lead is a lead which cannot be contacted, i.e. their phone is disconnected.
Returning the leads makes no difference, the leads company still has copies of the leads but now that they are days old, they are not worth anywhere near as much as they were.
I know this article got a bit rough and probably I said quite a few things many people won’t like and won’t agree with. I’ve written it honestly and openly as part of our ongoing quest to pull back the curtain on the mlm leads industry so that there are no secrets, no misunderstanding between Apache Leads and its clients.
Without clients, we are nothing.
We want your success, maybe even more than you do at times. The reason we say this is obviously honest; we figure, if you buy mlm leads from Apache Leads and you become a big success you probably will recommend to your team to buy from us. Makes sense right?
Look, we know not every lead is going to be a winner.
But from where we stand we speak to hundreds of MLM’ers every week. You would be amazed at the difference in attitudes and results we see when people are using the exact same leads!
Some clients swear by them and have tremendous success, others not so much. The only difference we can ever see is the level of professionalism, attitude and training.
Those three things make a world of difference.
Look upline to when you go to a company conference or training event. The winners are grinners! They exude happiness, confidence and most importantly professionalism.
To be one of those guys, act like you are one of those guys from day one.
The good news is the opportunity to achieve and enjoy your goals and dreams is in your hands, the bad news is the opportunity to achieve and enjoy your goals and dreams is in your hands.
Choose wisely my friends, choose wisely.
Afterthoughts: this was a very difficult post to write and even more difficult deciding whether or not to publish it. On one hand I wanted to make sure there were no secrets between you and I. But it was scary to publish such a truthful, hard hitting article which was very likely to cost a lot of sales. For those who do decide to not do business with us after reading this article, I can only say, I think you missed the point. The point being would you rather work with a guy who tells you the real truth or those who hide from it?

How To Be Successful In Life And Funny AF
Long, long ago when the web was new, the only constant source of traffic (visitors to your site) was from the myriad of search engines which were around in those days.
Ranking high was easy. A high rank for your keywords brought a lot of traffic and still does today. However, it’s very competitive these days as there are only a few search engines. Google, of course, being the most dominant.
The problems associated with trying to rank high on Google are enormous and there are millions of pages explaining everything you could possibly want to know about it. The art of ranking high on search engines is commonly referred to as SEO (Search Engine Optimization). I call it an art because it kind of is, there are no definitive rules and no one knows the algorithm used by any of the search engines so it’s all pretty much an educated guess.
Also, it’s not something you can just ramp up when you want more traffic. Even if you are number one for your keywords you will only get a share of the traffic available for that keyword and no more.
Google doesn’t make any money from sending free traffic to your website and they are making it increasingly difficult to get free traffic. They stuff paid ads all over the top of the search results resulting in the organic listings to be pushed further and further down the page. They want you to click on the ads. That’s how they make their money.
Also, there are around 2 million new websites launched on the web every day. That’s a lot of competition for the available free traffic.
That’s not to say you should not bother with making sure your site is optimized to rank highly on the search engines for your keywords. You definitely should.
A keyword is anything you might enter into Google when you want to search for something. For example, if you were interested in buying some new shoes you might search for “men’s white cross trainers size 9”. That’s a keyword
Google would present you with the sites it thinks best suits your keyword search. The top 3 or so would be paid ads and their might be a local map on the right showing you some local stores which probably have what you want. Underneath the paid ads would be the organic listings which are the sites which are best optimized for your keyword search.
Remember, Google wants you to click on the paid ads so you must scroll down to see the organic listings.
Of course, it’s very rare that anyone goes past page one on Google. If your site is not on page one you can forget about getting any free traffic.
Webmasters know all this and so does Google. The Google (and Bing) business model is to sell listings for keywords. Sticking with our shoe example. Sites which sell those trainers can pay Google to be listed within the paid ads space whenever that keyword is searched for.
PPC stands for Pay Per Click. This means Google will display your ad but only charge you when someone clicks on it. To ensure they maximize the opportunity for a visitor to click the ad, you must ensure that the ad is relevant to the search term. For example if the Google user types in “Men’s white trainers size 9” they are not going to show an ad for alarm clocks. That would just confuse and annoy Google users.
The setup of a PPC campaign can be quite complex and tedious but if it’s done correctly the returns can be spectacular.
A good PPC campaign will bring targeted traffic to your site and should increase sales or signups or whatever it is you are wanting to happen.
You get to determine how much you are willing to pay per click and you will never pay any more than that.
You can have as many keywords as you want and all the search engines have keyword tools to help you with this. Their tools will tell you the average number of times each keyword is searched to give you a reasonably good estimate of the number of people who will see your ad. Whether they click on it is another thing.
When you use PPC you are in direct competition with other advertisers. Therefore, most clicks go to the highest bidder. If your competitor bids $5 per click and you bid $1 your ad will not be shown as often. Thus, your competitor will get substantially more traffic than your site.
There are other factors involved here as well; the “click through rate” is important. The search engines want to display ads that get a lot of clicks. Well written ads will always get more clicks than badly written ones.
While several factors determine how successful your PPC advertising campaign will be, you can achieve a lot by focusing on:
Once you have a campaign up and running the worst thing you can do is forget about it. You need to check in every day or so and look at the reports provided by the company selling you the traffic.
It will be an ongoing process, you will be like a gardener, tending to your campaigns to continually optimize them and to produce the very best return on investment.
Most articles, including this one tend to focus on Google Adwords. However, Google Adwords is the most expensive, most complicated and most restrictive and most competitive PPC platform.
The most overlooked PPC platform is Bing Ads. Their rules are much more lax, their prices are much lower and they reach up to 30% of internet users.
How often have you had meetings with a person, they seemed interested and now all you get is their answering machine. You sent them an information pack, you took them to a meeting, you even had them on a conference call. Everything was going great, you had high hopes for this prospect.
It really hurts, right?
It’s infuriating, inside its even humiliating.
You’ve put in all this time and effort and had high hopes for this person. You maybe even told others that you think this person is going to be great, finally I’m going to sponsor someone who really makes it big and of course you really needed them because your mortgage payment is due, your car payment, etc.
An then all of a sudden….they are gone
So rather than dwelling on it and feeling pain and misery, how about a pre-emptive strike:
Yes! This is going to make you feel sooooo much better.
To all your wishy washy prospects get really good at leaving them a great goodbye message, especially on their answering machine, you’ll be amazed at what happens, try it.
Remember your mission is to be finding people who it’s the right thing to be doing now, either joining your business or trying a product or service. That means never having to recruit people you got to drag across the start line, let alone the finish line.
You call them one last time and say the following words in a friendly, gentle, kind, warm manner:
Watch what happens. The ones who really want to change their lives right now will call you right back. Those for whom the time is not right for any reason will not, but isn’t that all you want?
To find the ones who it’s the right thing to be doing right now instead of spending your whole life finding them?
What do you think about this, do you have some goodbye messages you leave? Share them with us in the comments.
How to have Outsourced Staff Paying for Themselves
In other posts I’ve spoken about leverage. To be blunt, without leverage you will stay broke.
There is a huge pool of really well trained, skilled and experienced outsource staff who you can hire. For example, you can hire people to build a website for you, people to do programming for you, content writers, SEO experts. Pretty much anything you can think of you can outsource.
I’ve been using outsourced staff to build sites for me for years. The only problem is sometimes I don’t need them but I want to keep them busy. Just today I saw a great couple of videos from a guy called Chad Kimball
Chad has been around for years online and is always coming up with innovative ways to make a dollar.
Simple, hire out your outsourced staff at a much higher rate than you are paying them. Just like all companies do, that’s called “leverage”
Now, I can tell from watching these videos that Chad made them a long time ago and so some of the sites he refers to are no longer in existence. That’s ok, I have up to date info for you here
Online Jobs features a great deal in my downloadable PDF entitled “How-To-Outsource-To-The-Philippines” You can grab a copy here. I’ve used the Online Job site for well over 10 years and really can’t praise it enough. You will find very qualified, loyal, trustworthy staff for your business no matter what skill set you are looking for.
Take a quick look at the videos, Chad explains it and shows you real examples which will definitely allow you to have your own outsourced staff and to make profit on them. Now, you know you need more than one income stream right? I’m handing you one on silver platter. All the thinking has been done, just follow the instructions in the videos and use these links
Love to hear what you think of this innovative method to cover costs of having your own staff. If you have any cool ideas to make this or anything else better, please leave a comment
