When do I get my leads?
Good question. Now that your order has been placed, our staff will process it. That means, we take a look at it to make sure we have all the information we need, then we enter your information into our leads manager system. You will receive an email from the leads manager system when your data is entered.
Then usually the next business day your leads will begin to arrive. Of course if there is a big demand for the leads you ordered it may take an extra day for you to move up the queue.
If there is any issue with your leads, we will contact you via email, that’s pretty rare.
Credit card details
We use a third party payment processor, we cannot change the dollar amount of your order and we do not have any of your credit card details.
You will be able to pause and restart your lead deliveries. You will also be able to adjust how many leads you want per day except in the case of aged leads. Generally aged leads are all sent in one delivery.
We process orders as fast as we can during normal working hours. Please remember the world is round and what is your normal working hours might be our sleep time.
Most orders are processed within 12-48 hours of your having placed it.
