Thanks for your comment and a good question. We replace leads that cannot be contacted, for example, if their phone is disconnected. We also provide a phone script which we developed and tested over the years. It’ works extremely well with our Phone Interviewed Leads. I might add, we have our own call center calling and interviewing the leads. We even record every call and make the recordings available to our clients (upon request)
