Break down $100K … and you get $274/day. In MLM, generating $274/day is not beyond the realms of reality. If you can build a business which generates $70 / day then it’s really just a matter of scaling up. Right?

If you can do $70/day … then you have everything you need to scale up to $100K/yr. You don’t need to go looking for any new “shiny-objects” or other MLM / Network Marketing businesses…

… you already have everything you need!


That, right there, should be your first big “Ah-Ha!” moment.

Here’s something else to think about…

Expats tend to gravitate to 5 main cities, Chiang Mai: Mountain Views and a Slower Pace of Life.  Koh Samui: A Tropical Island Haven.  Bangkok: Modern and Affordable.  Hua Hin: Relaxed Seaside Retreat.  Phuket: A Beach Lifestyle with All the Amenities

Thailand is full of adventures and fun.  In 2016 it had over 32 million visitors. That was a 9% increase over 2015.  I’m writing this in 2018 and I’m guessing the numbers are still climbing. A recent trip to Thailand showed me that the main airport in Bangkok is struggling to cope.

Luckily they are building a bunch more capacity.

Tons of digital nomads move to Thailand because it’s such a low cost place to live.

I’m not saying you have to live like a backpacker, I sure don’t. But here’s some figures

The backpacker type budget would be around 16,000 Baht ($US500) per month.  I don’t recommend that. If that’s all your business can afford, better to stay home and build it some more

A “comfortable” living, according to “Tasty Thailand”  is more like 30,000 Baht ($US975) per month

This budget will pay for:


  • Rent – 4,000 baht a month – (a one-room studio in a nice enough area)
  • Utilities – 1,000 baht – (water and electric)
  • Cell Phone – 500 baht – (mobile fees for basic calls at around 2 baht a minute)
  • Internet – 500 baht – (will get you unlimited Wi-Fi in most apartment buildings)
  • Groceries – 5,000 baht – (basic food items like bread, milk, fruit, veggies, rice, etc)
  • Eating Out – 5,000 baht – (25 meals at 200 baht per meal — eat at food stalls and much cheaper)
  • Transportation – 1,500 baht – (a mix of buses, sky train, underground and taxis)
  • Miscellaneous – 1,500 baht – (cleaning supplies, toiletries, all the usual things you buy)
  • Entertainment – 8,000 baht – (movie tickets, shopping, a few drinks etc)
  • Visa Costs – 1,500 baht – (need at least 18,000 baht per year for tourist visas or resident visas)
  • Savings – 1,500 baht – (At only $48 a month, you can’t save much on this budget, but you can save something).

Personally I’m more inclined to be on the “fancy pants” budget of 80,000 Baht ($US2,555) per month.  I hope you are as well :)


Because you are building your  MLM business with residual income you can get to the level where you can easily afford to check out Thailand.


The “ah-ha” moment is now you know how little it takes... to live in places that other people save for years just to have a short vacation.  You could be visiting places in Thailand and south east Asia perpetually (like me).
