What the heck is "Onboarding?"

It's one of those cool industry buzzwords. Basically it means the process of introducing  a new client to products and services.  The purpose is to make it faster and easier for the client to become familiar with the products and services.

The more you understand and the faster you get your hands on things the better experience and results you will enjoy.  That's how it goes in theory anyway. 

But relax, we will do our very best to handle any questions you have and to show you the best way to use leads

One of the most common questions we are asked is:  "When will I get my leads?"

The first thing to be aware of is; all orders take time to process, we do try to get all leads orders processed within 24 hours, usually the only holdup is if you order on a weekend.

Leads Delivery

You must SET YOUR DELIVERY schedule (here) to control the number of leads to be delivered each day of the week.  For Fresh and Aged Phone Interviewed Leads you can also set the time of delivery.  

To set your delivery schedule go to "My Orders" and click on the blue button "Delivery".  From that section you will also be able to set your leads to be delivered by email. 

How To Login To Your Account

Ok I see some people go to the wrong page and they try to create a new account. The correct page is the Login page because you already have an account.

10% Overage of leads is given to you for free to cover any bad leads.

Recording Request

We record every call we make to prospects for quality and training purposes. We also can make these recordings available to clients to verify we did what we said. As we do offer 10% overage of leads for free to cover bad leads, we limit to 3 recording request per month per client.

To request a recording simply login into your leads manager account and go to "My Orders" page. Select your order and click on the relevant lead.

From the lead information area you will find the "Request recording" button as shown below.

You will be asked to provide an explanation. The recording will be emailed to you within 48hrs. With the recording you will be given a link to provide us with feedback. You cannot request a new recording for any other lead until we get your feedback.
